Motions Court is conducted every Tuesday and Friday (except holidays) at 8:30 A.M. in either Courtroom No. 1 or Courtroom No. 2. On very rare occasions, Motions Court will not be held because of the unavailability of a judge. These days of unavailability are published in the Annual Court Calendar.
Motions Court procedures, including notice requirements, are governed by Local Rule of Civil Procedure No. 208.3(a).
