RE: UPDATE TO THE ARMSTRONG COUNTY LOCAL RULES
OF THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS -BINDER

On May 6, 2024, the Court’s Local Rules Binder, Part V- Local Rules of Judicial Administration, will be updated to rescind Local Rule 1904-Custody, Storage and Disposal of Exhibits and incorporate the Adoption of New Local Court Rules-Custody of Exhibits, Local Rules 5101, 5102 and 5103, adopted March 22, 2024. If you have a Local Rules Binder, to ensure you have the most up-to-date version, we suggest the following:

1) Go to the Armstrong County Courts website at accourts.com;

2) Access the “Local Rules” tab;

3) Click on the “Table of Rules” tab, print out and replace this section in your Binder;

4) Click on the “Local Rules of Judicial Administration” tab, print out and replace this section in your Binder.

An additional Juvenile Court is scheduled for Tuesday, June 18, 2024, AM only, CR #2.
Sentence Court scheduled for Monday, July 1, 2024 has been moved to Friday, July 12, 2024, CR#1 8:30am.
CYF Permanency Court scheduled for Monday, July 1, 2024, is moved to Monday, July 15, 2024, 9:00am, Courtroom #2.
CYF Permanency Review Hearings scheduled for Friday, July 5, 2024 are cancelled.
