RE: UPDATE TO THE ARMSTRONG COUNTY LOCAL RULES
OF THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS -BINDER
On January 27, 2025, the Court's Local Rules Binder, Part II- Local Rules of Criminal Procedure, will be updated to incorporate the Adoption of New Local Court Rule 576. I-Electronic Filing and Service of Legal Papers, adopted December I l, 2024, effective January 27, 2025. If you have a Local Rules Binder, to ensure you have the most up-to-date version, we suggest the following:
l) Go to the Armstrong County Courts website at accourts.com;
2) Access the "Local Rules" tab;
3) Click on the "Table of Rules" tab, print out and replace this section in your Binder;
4) Click on the "Local Rules of Criminal Procedure" tab, print out and replace this section in your Binder.
